Description:
Acorn Lane Cottage is a charming and spacious home featuring 3 bedrooms and a den, fireplace, 3 bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, central air and a pretty wraparound veranda.
The house is beautifully decorated and well furnished and is suitable for 6-8 people. It is located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-lake just a short stroll to the lake and fine shops.Loaded with fine amenities, Acorn Lane provides you and your family all the comforts of home while staying in "Canada's prettiest town"
The main floor is very open and features a great room where the kitchen and dining room overlook the large living room.The bright country kitchen is well equipped with new appliances; dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, stove and microwave.The dining room has a pine drop leaf that seats 6-8 people.
The living room has wooden ceiling beams, a brick fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating so that large groups can be together. There is a 28" TV, VCR and stereo with CD.All of these rooms have several large windows running the length of the house which look out at the private treed yard.
The Master bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with a wrought iron queen bed. It features a large en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower stall and double sink vanity. It also has a big walk in closet.
Other Rooms
The 2nd bedroom is decorated in country style with a queen size pine bed and is quite large.The 3rd bedroom is a romantic room with a white double bed and pretty floral textiles. There is another 4 piece bathroom on this floor with a skylight.
The den, which features 10' ceilings and hardwood floors, is located on the first floor. It has a double pull out sofa that can accommodate another two guests.There is a 2 piece powder room on the first floor.
Outdoor Living
Acorn Lane offers a lot in outdoor living. The back has a large wooden deck with table and chairs and a BBQ. It is very private looking out at trees that line the back of the lot. The deck is connected to the kitchen and dining room making it very handy for summer BBQ's.
The Front Veranda
The wraparound porch at the front of the house is furnished with pretty wicker furniture. It is a great place to sit and read the morning paper
Extras
The house has a well equipped laundry room on the main floor. There is parking for 4 cars. All linens and towels are included.
No smoking or pets please.
A maximum of 10 guests allowed on the property at any time.

There is a three night minimum for bookings during July, August and Holiday weekends. We accept two night bookings at all other times. Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date.
