A beautifully furnished 1920's character home with an inground pool located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake.Aylesbury Manor is an elegant and spacious 2800 square foot home that has been extensively renovated. All hardwood floors have been restored to original condition and all 4 bathrooms and kitchen have been completely remodelled.
The house sits on a large corner lot with mature trees and professional landscaping. The fenced backyard is a private oasis with an inground pool and a raised wooden deck.
The Main Floor Overview
Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host 8-10 guests and with its many large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for family get togethers and celebrations with good friends.
Aylesbury Manor is furnished with antiques mixed in with new pieces and some collectables. The overall feeling is typical to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The Second Floor
Upstairs is where the 3 Queen Size Bedrooms are located. They each have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors, beautiful comforters, and antique pieces.
The Master bedroom features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi tub in its ensuite bathroom.
Outdoor LivingThe private backyard is a great place to relax by the pool with family and friends. It features a 40X20 foot inground pool with diving board, a professionally landscaped garden full of flowering perennials, patio and a raised wooden deck with dining area with market umbrella and a BBQ.
Although the pool is very large there is still plenty of green grass and Silver Birch trees making it a great area for the kids to play.
During the winter months the pool is covered with a high security cover that bolts down onto the concrete deck.
Other Features
The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor concealed behind double white doors on the landing.The house is fully equipped with all amenities including 28” TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo with CD player.Aylesbury Manor has Central Air Conditioning.There is parking for 4 cars. All linens and towels are included.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
