Game room: Custom mural on wall, pool table, fooz ball, air hockey, skee ball, boccerball, stereo. Washer and dryer.
Children’s VCR library, 80 tapes. Supernintendo with game tapes.
Crib, high chair and stroller. Pool fence and alarm.
Pool and spa: Screened in pool and spa; separate spa control for directed heat; faces southeasterly; backs up to wooded conservancy and is extremely private; pool deck with table and four chairs, two loungers. Propane BBQ right outside pool deck.
EMERALD ISLAND RESORT: Gated with 24 hour security guard. Concierge at clubhouse for guest use with planned activities that vary by season. Community pool with Jacuzzi, tiki bar, children’s playground, volleyball court. Tennis courts, walking trails with picnic areas. Exercise room with sauna, internet café, game room. All included and available for guests’ use.
January-December, excluding holidays: $1305 per 7 nights
