Description:
Apartment with private descent to the sea situated in a villa literally overlooking the sea. Surrounded by nature, far from traffic noise, bathed in sunlight all day and in all seasons.
The apartment is accessed via a tree-lined avenue. Composed of three airy double bedrooms all accessing a veranda above the sea. In one of the rooms a further bed could be added.
There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub; the living room is very welcoming with a fully functioning open-hearth fire as its focus, and the live-in kitchen is fully equipped with attention to even the minutest detail.
The patio is equipped with deckchairs and a large wrought-iron, boasts views over the Li Galli islands,and a typical postcard-like view of Positano.
The apartment is equipped with a telephone, three TVs (one of which with satellite vision), washing machine, large oven, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, fans in every room for the summer months and heaters for the winter.
Apartment guests may use the private descent to the sea of the villa, which via 500 steps through its own pinewood accesses a private rocky bathing area with crystalline waters.
