Description:
This private ocean view family compound on five acres, features a huge indoor-pool and five bedroom main house with an optional, separate guest house which is ideal for family reunions and weddings. Together the two separate residences can accomodate 19+ persons. Two private beaches are only minutes away (Lucy Vincent Beach, Squibnocket Beach) This sprawling, non-smoking main house has a gourmet kitchen with granite center-island, dining room, and cathedral wood ceiling in the living room with a fireplace that opens to the deck. All of these fantastic rooms overlook the ocean. There is a king-size master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and JacuzziŽ in addition to four other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool entertainment room has a vaulted wood ceiling with skylights and opens up to a second spacious deck. The heated pool is 2 feet by 40 feet, encompassed by an entertainment area with 'surround sound'. The new guest house is totally private from the main house.
A total of 16 guests may be accommodated. Restaurants, shopping, tennis and Menemsha Village are only five minutes away.
