Our villa is located in the Orange Groves of Westbury, near to Disney, providing an idyllic setting for your holiday. We are located on a small development just off US-27, and only 1 ½ miles from the I-4. Disney's main gate is only 15 minutes by car, and Universal Studios 25 minutes. All the Orlando main attractions are close to our luxury villa. If you are looking for time at the beach, then you have the choice of either the Gulf coast area of Clearwater, or the Atlantic coast and the infamous Cocoa beach, both only 90 minutes.
Our Orlando Vacation Villa is waiting for you, the villa is fully air conditioned, and equipped with all modern amenities to make your stay as relaxing, and comfortable as possible.
The living area of the villa is open plan, with Cable TV, Playstation 2/DVD Player and a CD player for your use. There is also a small selection of board games to help you unwind after a busy day at Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, or the newly re-opened Cypress Gardens!
Our Florida Villa boasts a formal dining area, for those family meals, idea for reflecting on the day’s activities, or planning the next trip to Disney. It is also the ideal place to share breakfast, before embarking on a days Shopping at the Florida Mall.
To the rear of the villa, you will find a beautiful 28' x 14' heated* swimming pool, with a large deck area. Our Orlando villa is equipped with adequate sun loungers, for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine, after all you are in the Sunshine State. All doors & windows to the swimming pool area are alarmed for your peace of mind.
In the Garage we have installed a 4 in 1 Games Table for your children's enjoyment. This comprises of Foosball, Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool. There is also a CD Player to allow them to listen to their music whilst they play. And allows your to relax in peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings that is Florida.
New for 2005 High Speed Internet Connection, and Computer. Enabling you to stay in touch whilst enjoying the wonderful Florida Sunshine.
We are sure staying in our villa will provide you with a holiday to remember, and dream about for years to come. You just will not want to leave the Sunshine State of Florida.
