This luxurious, privately owned three bedroom villa, with its own screened and heated (optional) swimming pool has been constructed to the highest standards, set amongst the beautiful landscaped fairways of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club and enjoys the peace and seclusion of this residential community and the accessibility of all the wonderful Orlando/Disney attractions.
·This beautiful new spacious home offers luxury and comfort and is furnished to a high standard, perfect for families.
·The house is air conditioned throughout, and has a large lounge with cathedral ceiling and fan. There are 3 sofas, 32 inch remote control cable T.V. VCR and Stereo CD/Radio casette.This room overlooks the pool deck.
·The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and waste disposal unit. For your convenience there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board .
·The Master bedroom is fully furnished with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large walk in wardrobe. There is a ceiling fan and cable T.V. plus Hairdryer
·The second bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobes. A free standing pedestal fan is provided.
·The third bedroom has twin beds and large built in wardrobe, it also benefits from a cable TV & pedestal fan.
·Bedrooms two & three share the second, family bathroom with over bath shower and Hairdryer.
·All linens and towels are provided (in door use only).
·The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
·To complete your holiday pleasure there is a fully screened pool (26'x13') and large patio area and sundeck with ample furniture for 6 guests.
·Heating of the pool is optional, (but rarely required) for which there is an additional charge.

Southern Dunes Community is located on Hwy 27, just 7 miles South of Interstate 4 and only 19 minutes from Disney World Resort, Florida.
Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is an 18 hole championship course rated Top 40 Semi-Public courses in the USA.
The community is built around the course and our villa is walking distance to the Club House and community Recreation Centre and Pool.
Close by are a number of Restaurants, stores, banks and other useful facilities.

As Villa owners we have access to discounted fares for flights to the USA from the UK as well as great rates for car rental and park tickets, including Disney, Universal, etc.
