The master suite sits adjacent to the completely private screen enclosed pool deck and features a beautiful master bath with jacuzzi. A second level bedroom features a south facing sun deck which invites you to wake early for soothing views of the Atlantic.
Among the amenities of the spacious pool deck include a wet bar with ice maker and refrigerator, gas barbecue, outside dining and convenient bath access. With a two car garage, 4 baths in total, and accommodations for nine this home has it all!
Dockage
A 30 foot deep water dock will accommodate crafts with drafts up to 4 feet. It also offers a boat lift, fish table, bait freezer, electricity and water.

Four spacious bedrooms include a a master suite with king size bed, a second suite with queen, 3rd with two twin beds, and fourth bedroom with full size pull out sofa. A pull out cot brings the total accommodations to 9. #

Instructions
Checkout is at 11:00 am on day of departure and check ins are at 4 pm unless otherwise discussed. Garbage pick up is on Tuesday morning and Saturday morning. All barrels can be left with lids at roadside after 4 pm on the day before pick up and returned to garage on the day of pick up..
