Description:
Magnificent Keys style contemporary home offering many individual features. The large private yard is beautifully landscaped! You'll find unmatched seclusion among the multiple varieties of native Palms along with Grapefruit, Key Lime, and Banana Trees. The Spacious Infinity-Edge pool and large outdoor Jacuzzi allow peaceful relaxation at waterside. As you drive up to one of Key Colony Beach's most elegant and exclusive homes, you'll appreciate a view characterized by a beautiful fountain and a pair of tremendous imported Cuban Royal Palms. The interior is equally magnificent. The living room features a 27" television with DVD and a hand painted wall collage created by a local artist depicting a fish eye view of life on a Florida coral reef. Cathedral ceilings, wet-bar, spacious bedrooms, and hot tubs in both the master and second bath complete the fine detail.
Dockage
The large dock will accommodate crafts up to 40 feet and drafts to 4 feet at low tide. You'll also find electricity, freshwater, fishtable, baitfreezer and a poolside shower.

Four bedrooms including 3 kings and a queen size bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The spectacular master bath offers a hot tub for two and you'll also appreciate the single Jacuzzi in the second bath. The third bathroom is conveniently located near pool side.
Instructions
Checkout is at 11 am on day of departure to allow us time to prepare for our incoming guests. Check-ins are 4 pm unless otherwise discussed. |

The Keys are ideal to relax and enjoy great year round temperatures and for a change of pace the night life of Miami is just 90 miles to our north and Key West's shopping and sights are just a one hour drive to the South.
