This ground-floor, Non-Smoking condominium is furnished with all the basic necessities for normal living. The decor is fun and colorful. Restful sleep is provided on two queen-size beds and queen-size sofa sleeper. The front porch already has the Adirondack chairs waiting for you. This is a perfect get-away for a small group (sleeps four to six very comfortably).
One of the pools has a cabana bar with drinks and food that is surrounded by a tropical feel with rope swings and palm trees. There are always activities going on at the pool. There is a state of the arts workout room on the pool deck too!

A golf cart is available for throwing everything on and heading to the beach. Chairs are also available and already waiting for you.
There are numerous outstanding restaurants to choose from, outlet shopping with over 100 stores, live outdoor concerts, and lots of artsy fun specialty shops. We are just minutes by bike from Watercolor and Seaside.
The Beaches of South Walton are simply natural beauty unlike any other - a special place that includes Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. This section of beaches stretches along a road called Scenic 30A. It is an area where nature's treasures still remain unspoiled.

Relax on the jetted (whirlpool)steps of the pool while watching the kids play in streams of water that shoot across the pool. There are always activites going on at the pool. There is a state of the arts workout room on the pool deck too!

Fitness, Biking and Hiking: For the fitness enthusiasts in the family, the area has a fabulous system of bike trails and sidewalks. Along Scenic Highway 30-A there are over 12 miles of paved trail perfect for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerbladeing, and in the adjoining State Forests there are many more miles of trails. Come enjoy and explore the beauty and surprises of Point Washington State Forest, Topsail Preserve, Grayton Beach State Park and Deer Lake State Park. Fitness studios in Grayton Beach and Seaside offer state-of-the-art equipment and instruction, full service spas, and massage. Don’t forget the workout room on the pool deck!
Rafting: There is a nature preserve in the area (Niceville - just across the midbay bridge) where you can take a tube or raft, walk on the newly built boardwalk while checking out the different species of birds and wildlife. It's about a 2 mile hike if you go all the way to the end. Put you raft in a glide gently down the stream. You can even see fish swimming underneath you in some places! It's such a peaceful ride. You end up at the pavillion where you started. There are grills where you can throw some burger on the barbie and have some lunch or there are plenty of resturants in the area too.
Golf: For the golfing enthusiast within a 20 mile radius of Blue Mountain Beach there are 144 holes of the most enjoyable golf - on top rated, professionally designed, well manicured courses with gorgeous greens and fairways, driving ranges and fully stocked golf shops. The beautiful new Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Club which opened in May 2001 and The Santa Rosa Golf Club are only minutes away by car.
Fishing: There are plenty of freshwater, and coastal lakes to please even the most serious fisherman and fly fisherman in the family. Saltwater fishing opportunities abound in the Gulf of Mexico, and Choctawhatchee Bay. The Harbor at Destin is the berth of hundreds of fishing charters with 4-6-8-10-12 hour and overnight trips in the Gulf of Mexico.
