Each villa is 3 bedroom 2 bath with a total living space of 1700 sq. ft. per villa plus beautiful garden areas and a truly spectactular 200 degree ocean view with private steps to beach. Each villa has a private oceanfront patio with large brick Mexican charcoal grill. A perfect vacation place with total tranquility and privacy. Large oceanfront kitchen seats 10 guests with Costco sized cabinets and all the conforts of home. No noise room to room and Villa to villa privacy with solid cement construction.The ocean muffles all normal noises and patios are built so you do not view guests above or below. The villas are constructed with beautiful blue heat and glare resistant glass.
Honeymoon perfect with large oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and master bath with shower and Mexican tub. There is a beautiful view of the city night lights.

All villas are oceanfront. Villa #1 is street level with 3 bedrooms 2 bath with ! king bed, 2 queens and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room [sleeps 8]. Villa #2 is down the outside stairway 15 steps with a king bed in the master, 2 double beds in bedroom #2, A double and a twin in bedroom #3, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room [sleeps 11]. Villa #3 is 15 step down with a king bed in the master, 2 double beds in bedroom #2, 2 twin beds in bedroom #3, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room [sleeps 10].
We have private off street parking for 4 cars plus additional on street parking on our dead end street with little traffic. Our address is 1001 Duna.
San Antonio is a gated community with 24 hour security. There is a olympic sized oceanfront pool and tennis courts. By the pool is a ramp for vehicles to the beach. There is an Italian restuarant and pizza parlor in the community that has eat in or will deliver.
Owners live across from garden area to greet you and answer any questions you may have.

Security deposit of $350.00 per villa is not part of the rental payment but will be returned with in 15 days of your departure less damage and undisclosed guests. Undisclosed guests [adults and children] will be charged $50.00 per night per person].
Rental payment due 45 days prior to start date of rental [personal check or bank transfer accepted]
Cleaning fee of $50 to $100 required. Late check out-add $100 per villa
Cancellation Policy
50% of payment will be returned if we can rerent for the same amount.
