Our villas are situated in a countryside village location, surrounded by rolling fields and orchards which makes this the perfect location for a relaxed away from it all holiday, yet with all local sites and attractions just a short distance in the car.
Ideal location for exploring the wealth of historic towns, playing golf,shopping at Lisbon,or just relaxing on one of the many beaches on offer.
We are conveniently located near the major link roads and all amenities, activities, hypermarkets & restaurants are close by.
Also near is one of Europe's finest golf courses Praia d`el Rey Club, This being one of four golf courses available around this area.
The Peniche & Foz Do Arelho coastline is famous for its rolling surf and golden beaches. There are several local ports and marinas and also a lagoon at the nearby medieval walled castle town of Obidos.
Car hire is essential in order to visit all the local sites and attractions around this area.
Occasionally during the year we the owners'live unobtrusively on the four acres of land, and are then available to provide any assistance or information if, and when, required.
Both villas have an "honesty" bar containing a selection of wines & ports for you to enjoy in the comfort of your villa.

Rates do include cleaning and laundry before and after visit. If additional maid services are required during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Reservations require a non - refundable deposit equal to 25% rental fee. A 200 € (euros) refundable security deposit will be asked for on your arrival, and balance of the rental fee must be received 56 days before occupancy date, (or full payment if booking within 56 days of your departure)
Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday,however we can be flexible with the days if this helps you to find cheaper flights (Subject to availability)
Checking in/out times are normally 3.00 pm onwards for arrival and 10.00 am for your departure, however we are very flexible with times and try to accommodate with your preferred arrival/departure times if we can
