These wonderful homes are located directly on the beach with either 3,600 square feet or 2,200 square feet of air conditioned living space and another 1,000 square feet of outside decks on the ocean. These homes are due East of Orlando and takes 30 minutes to drive there from the airport in Orlando. These homes are either 3 stories or two-story homes with three large bedrooms, a kitchen, a large family room and dining room all with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Aurora beach homes are 3 stories with three magnificent designer-decorated bedrooms with 3 baths. The Presidential beach house's entire downstairs is two large bedrooms with a private bath with private patio doors leading to the ocean and the upstairs has a very large beautiful master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The family room also has a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can either watch a DVD, Video Tape on TV, surf the Net on the home's wireless computer, or sip those wonderful Margaritas while you watch the ships cruise into the port or those wonderful dolphins jumping in the surf. The wrap-around sofa is also a sleeper and can accommodate two adults and the ends also open up into a recliner. All of our homes have rollaway beds in all the closets. Of course, the home is complete with all dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, dishwasher, toaster, washer/dryer, stainless steel grills, safes, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, oven, blankets, towels, large beach towels, etc. All of our homes have closets filled with toys for all ages plus electronic games for the teenagers. All homes have 100's of movies to watch on the TV's in each room. The only thing that is not provided is food and paper products and toiletries, which can be bought at any of the local food stores. Maps and information about the area will be left in the kitchen at your arrival.
