The condominium is located at Luquillo, Puerto Rico. The condominium is on THE world famous LUQUILLO BEACH. The condominium is a PENTHOUSE on the 22nd floor with a spectacular panoramic, breathtaking view of the ocean and surrounding beaches.

The condominium is 1,700 sq. ft. spacious. It has imported Italian tile floors, and large, open living areas. It is a guarded/gated community. The condominium complex also has a swimming pool, children's swimming pool, a tennis court, tennis/handball practice wall, basketball courts, playground, and more!
The condominium is located between the Westin Rio Mar and Wyndham El Conquistador Resorts and Casinos. They are visible and easily accessible from the condominium, and offer great nightlife (restaurants, casinos, and floorshows), and have championship 18 hole golf courses. You may enjoy these amenities sans the $500+ per night price for a 400 sq. ft. room that is not even waterfront.
The tropical mountain El Yunque Rainforest is a 15-minute drive. The El Faro Lighthouse Museum and adjacent Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bioluminescent mangrove lagoon) & wooden above ground nature walk are within 15 minutes. The historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan is a 45-minute drive. The port town of Fajardo, and boat hires for sailing/boating, snorkeling/SCUBA, Blue Marlin fishing, and the ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, is a 15-minute drive.
Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, the Ketch "Erin go Bragh" (egbc . net), limited to six passengers, drink & gourmet lunch included, with Captain Bill & Ingrid, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling.
All the crowded boating/diving excursions of the San Juan resorts come to this part of the island as it is has the best coral reefs, water clarity, and water conditions. This is the beginning of the Caribbean side of the island. The condominium is near golf courses and shopping areas. Horseback riding on the beach, and horse racing nearby.
There are also great nearby shopping and restaurants. A must is the artist and artisan galeria, the Coqui International, specializing in fine art especially oils & watercolors, handmade crafts, and upscale souvenirs near the Westin Rio Mar Resort at the El Yunque Rainforest turnoff.

The condominium has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The two master bedrooms are located at each end of the condominium for privacy, and each has a full private bathroom. One master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other master bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each master bedroom also has a dresser(s), sofa, tables & chairs, and a walk-in closet.
Each master bedroom also has free digital cable TV with VCR and DVD. The third bedroom media center office combination has free high-speed digital CABLE INTERNET E-MAIL CONNECTION and cable TV/VCR. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and is across the hallway from the third full bathroom. The condominium is ideal for single adults, two couples, or families.
The condominium has a 30 ft. balcony overlooking the ocean and beaches. The balcony is so spacious that it has a sofa & matching chairs that seat six people, tables & lamps, and a four-person breakfast table & chairs. You only get this size balcony with this PENTHOUSE condominium SUITE. The balcony faces west over the beaches & ocean, and the sunsets are incredible!
The condominium has a fully equipped, modern kitchen with glass-top stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with in-door icemaker and water dispenser. It has twin sinks with garbage disposal and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer combination.
The condominium has two adjoining, open living rooms that seat ten people, and a six-chair dining room. The three bedrooms are air conditioned, but not usually needed with the Trade Wind breeze, and ceiling fans in every room. Air temperature is cooler in the summer at the condominium than in the States, and no vacation rainouts!
Rentals for one week or longer. Inquire on rental requests of less than one week. No Sub-Letting allowed. Pets by prior approval. Smoking on the balcony only.
