Description:
Big is beautiful! Our stunning beautifully furnished ex model / show home is packed with extra features & upgrades. With games room, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 master suites 1 King and 1 Queen. Both Masters have full en-suite facilities with the added feature of a large jacuzzi bath and double shower to the first Master and with a further 2 twin rooms with 3000sq ft of space.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. There is ample room for relaxing in either the family room, with access to the pool deck or the formal living room. For mealtimes there is the sumptuous formal dining area, the breakfast nook overlooking the pool and not forgetting the covered lanai for alfresco dining.
The pool can be heated and there is comfortable deck furniture and a BBQ for those lazy days.
The villa is equipped with TV's with cable in all rooms, charcoal BBQ, hairdryers, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and both living rooms, outdoor shower and much more. We have just installed a new games room, with pool table and air hockey, table tennis, basketball, foosball and darts. |
