A superbly appointed split level bright and cheerful 1st floor, self-contained, 3 bedroom apartment for up to 8 persons with central heating, off-street parking, a sunny west facing balcony and splendid views from all bedroom windows north and east across London.
Ideally suited for 5 adults or a family of 6, it has a spacious sitting room with seating for 10, wi-fi broadband internet access, colour satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, hifi and telephone with answerphone. There is a fold up 3ft (90cm) bed for a 7th person, or a luxury (and very comfortable) full height auto-inflatable double bed for an additional couple, if required.
The fully equipped kitchen-dining room seats 8 in comfort and has an electric hob, oven and microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposer, washing machine, pressure cooker and "Chef" food mixer.
Bedroom 1 has a 4' 6" (137cm) double bed, colour TV, telephone/radio-alarm & trouser press; bedrooms 2 has 2 stacked 2' 6" x 6' 3" (76cm x 190cm) single beds (top bed lifts off to make double or twin beds) and Bedroom 3 has 3' x 6' 3" (90cm x 190cm) double bunk beds. All bed linen and towels are provided and a child's cot and highchair are also supplied.
There is a garden for guests' use, shops just opposite which will cater for most every day needs and 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk open from 7.30am to 10.30pm. Also just opposite is a 24 hour laundry/ironing/dry-cleaning service and an IT centre offering free internet access and "Nutkins", a Montessori day nursery. There is also a bus stop with frequent buses to nearby Putney's mainline and underground stations (1 mile), Wimbledon (2.5 miles) and Richmond (5 miles). Southfields Underground station is just 10 minutes walk and Wimbledon Tennis 18 minutes.

DEPOSIT-10% of rental
PAYMENT-6 weeks in advance
CANCELLATION-Deposit not refundable. NO refunds for cancellations within 6 weeks of rental start date, unless we are able to re-let. You are advised to cover this with holiday insurance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT-Authority to debit a deposit equal to 1 week's rental must be signed on arrival which will be held until end of stay when charges for any laundry required of bed and bath linen, cleaning (if necessary, at £7 per hour), telephone and any other legitimate expenses will be debited.
BED & BREAKFAST PRICES-Single room with own bathroom and WC £50 per night including continental breakfast (£50 per night during Wimbledon fortnight).
Double room with en suite facilities £80 per night including continental breakfast (£90 per night during Wimbledon fortnight).
Minimum stay 2 nights-Bookings only taken within 2 weeks of intended arrival date (except for Wimbledon period)
