This four bedroom, four bath penthouse condominium offers 2600 square feet of luxurious living space and gorgeous gulf views from every front room! Loads of windows for a light and bright picturesque gulf front vacation destination. There is also a community grill area and a heated swimming pool.
This unit is wonderful for all kinds of getaways – just the girls, just the guys, family reunions, and family getaways. On the first level of The Great Escape are two queen bedrooms (each have a television and a VCR), one with a private bath and one with a hall bath attached also to the bedroom, dining area, luxury kitchen with an eating bar, living room, sitting area and a master bedroom with a king bed and large master bath. In the master bath there is a separate shower, jetted tub and private toilet facilities.
Also on the first floor of this unit there is a balcony for you to enjoy the gulf breezes and amazing sunsets.
Up to the second level...............welcome to the jungle! A kid’s paradise complete with two tvs; one tv with a vcr and a larger tv with a vcr / dvd, Playstation 2, loads of movies, books and games. In the upstairs paradise, there is a table and chairs to play cards on, a couch with a queen sized sleeper, a love seat, two comfortable chairs, two sets of bunk beds and a full bath.
Have fun inside The Great Escape as well as enjoying the great outdoors on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is gulf front and only an elevator ride away from the sand. Emerald Dunes condominium complex offers a community heated pool and hot tub.

* No Smoking in the unit or on the decks
* No Pets
* No students or student groups under the age of 25
* Minimum stay 3 nights. Cleaning fee $150 for less than a week stay.
* Peak summer weekly only. Saturday to Saturday.
* Damage Deposit $500 fully refundable.
* 10% bed and sales tax added to rental rate and mandatory cleaning fees (if you are staying less than a week)
* No trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on the premises.
